1.Insulation: EPS 75MM or PU 50mm
2.Windows: PVC, double glazed, sliding, 2 layer of glass
3.Doors: sandwich board door or Aluminum Alloy door
4.Bathroom: it will be equipped with one toilet bowl, one wash basin, and one shower equipment. (Alternative)
5.Kitchen: it will be equipped with one kitchen cabinet (alternative)
6.Electricity: will be fitted and complete, lighting, florescent, wall plugs/sockets and door entry light switch.
7.Packing details: Units to be flat packed, bare dundled and transported SOC to save freight.

This kind of products adopt the steel structure frame design, with prefect stability, and the wind resistance capacity can be more than 120km / h, and the seismic resistance capacity can be more than Grade 8. This flat pack container house is consisted of chassis, housetop, and wall system.

The wall system of container is made of sandwich panels, and the core material of sandwich panels are EPS/XPS/PU, etc. The thickness is from 50mm to 100mm. The steel sheet of flat pack container is made from colored steel sheet (the Pattern can be optional).

The roof and floor of container are prefabricated at our factory, which is made the installment easier. The roof of container adopts the overall design, and it has enhanced the air tightness, and water-resistance.
